Clogged pin locations

We have some pin positions at our course that some people thought would be a good idea to put dirt and sticks in the sleeves, making it very difficult to use these alternate pins. Does anyone out there have any suggestions to unclog these sleeves?

Auger drill bit and a cordless drill

Shove their head into the hole and use their teeth to remove debris.

when you get them cleaned out, you should get some covers for them.
