Critique my dyes

These are my first few dyes.

1. Subway, trademarked. First multi color.
2. First ever dye. I love transformers even though many people do this one.
3. I did a mini when I had black dye in the pot already.

4. Darth Maul. This one was alot smaller and didnt look as cool as I had hoped but it came out pretty clean. Probably wont ever throw it since its black.
5. Experimented with acetone and hand brushing the background. Any tips? I mixed Rit liquid dye directly with acetone and it still didnt set very well.
6. Flower I drew for my girlfriends birthday. Black Rit dye seems to come out purplish on white plastic.

Those are really good. I like that you dyed a mini I thought I might've been the only person to do that.
The flower and the darth maul turned out really great with all the islands. The flower is a little blurry but I'm sure that's just the picture.

Good job though

I used to work at a subway for a summer job before going back to school. I played with a few of the guys I worked with and they convinced me to dye it as a joke.

We ended up liking it so much I made everyone I worked with a unique subway disc.

Lookin good!

Black Rit dye seems to come out purplish on white plastic.

1. Perhaps your dye is diluted, I use 2 cups of water to one box of dye
2. You may need to let it sit in the dye longer
3. Rinse the dye with HOT water... if it doesn't look done yet, put it back in.
