One of the best things you can do is just stop throwing overstable and stable discs for a while. It sucks, and will hurt a lot but will be good in the long run. I absolutely love throwing overstable/stable stuff, but if you have developed form that is dependent on throwing that then just back off for a while. I could only throw like 250 when I started and I insisted on using these beefy champ wraiths, and it took me a year and a half to get over the horrible tendencies that made me develop.
Play with a putter and buzzz (comet or fuse if you really want to see some brutal honesty) or something for a while. Everyone can benefit from that.
