Disc golf dream job

I'm supposed to inherit 35 acres in Seguin Tx one day. I dream of building a course there with a pro shop and grill.

That would be pretty sweet. There's a short, all par 3 ball golf course near my home town that's gone under a few times and changed management, but it's so short and there are so many other really nice ball golf options around that it's never been able to keep afloat. I wish someone would turn the property into a disc golf course. It'd be perfect, and a great addition to our local scene here.
