Disc on top of basket rule change?

The way the rules are written it would be good (the S hooks are considered part of the chains), but I'm pretty sure this picture only exists because someone thought it would be funny to see if they could attach their disc to the chain and hang it there. Glad they took the time to make sure the stamp was rotated properly.

Apparently it was a real scenario from a competition (Finnish to English translation) The interpretation from the group was incorrect -

"Someone tell me how this should be interpreted. Almost went wrestling again and the bag flies into the channel.
So the hockey went into the basket, which resulted in the chain coming off and you can see the result in the picture. It was interpreted that the hockey isn't in the basket."

Love how disc got translated to "hockey."
Definitely make things more interesting.
