They are just a bunch of smarta**es that think they know a lot about outdoor equipment and every other word on the phone was dude, bro, like, duh. I would rather go to REI and pay about the same amount and have somewhat expertise on the equipment I am buying that some backpack chic college kid who doesnt know how to tell me the difference between a synthetic vs. down sleeping bag when they gave my wife the wrong one through mail order and tried to blow it off as being my fault.
