Does age matter?

The Jade is my favorite and most used disc. Being an older player, I drive from a standstill and this disc works better for me than anything else.

Speed equals flexibility/range of motion. Something that is fading as you get older.

Being critical of your technique will allow you to throw further with less effort. field work is essential fixing problems with your swing.

57 last month. Started the game at 50. I play 4 or 5 times a week. All weekend when my wife is traveling for business.

Join a doubles league and as you play with people half your age you stop noticing your the old guy and you just become one of the boys.
