[Innova] Flight charts other than Innova?

Help me out here. The Marshal St chart is visually easy to use, but I was looking for understable midrange disc flight ratings. They place the vector as more understable than a regular buzzz??? And shark as the same stability as the buzz??? Others appear accurate (core = buzz). What's going on?
