I use a split fork forehand grip. I'm an amateur and this grip makes the "flick" fairly easy to execute. My forehand is actually stronger than my backhand atm. I've thrown a Destroyer FH 400' but BH around 350'.

Ill take a unstable disk and release it in almost a anny relase and put a ton of spin on it. When it finishes, It will fade to the right and I will get extra distance out of it. Try a gateway illusion for this shot, it is amazing. I get a consistent 330' out of it everytime.
