Hello, been playing off and on for 2 decades. I used to throw exclusive forehand but that started hurting so I switched to backhand. I've been watching pro videos to try to improve but would appreciate any feedback.

I made a video of me throwing into my throwing carpet wall in my basement. I've already identified a few issues (turn back too much, disc bouncing a little as I pull through?). I've liked all the advice I've seen others give on this forum and would appreciate your thoughts!

First Tourney this weekend - planning on not switching up form too much before that!

Thanks,

Turning back and forth too early. First step with right foot should point somewhat targetward, yours is more pointed away backwards.
