What are the most grippy colors of the current stamp (big X) Elite X Soft Challengers?
I have two dark blue ones that are very smooth under the flight plate. They are somewhat tacky but not really grippy. I'm hoping for something with more of a velvet texture. The more corse the better. At least it would be nice to get somthing along the line of the previous versions with the chain stamp (which I can't seem to find anywhere at 173g+).
From the very few Soft Challengers I've felt, it seems like the plastic is quite a bit different than what is being used for the other Discraft putters with "Soft" in their name. Maybe it's just being completly different runs.
Unfortunately, online ordering is my only option for the next couple of months so I'll have to go on your suggestions.
