I've really been working on my backhand but I can't seem to get a good run up and I don't seem to use my hips and legs a lot when I throw. I watch a lot of videos online but when I get on the coarse and practice they don't translate very well. My question is are their any other ways to help me get the motion down without going out a driving a bunch. I was thinking about hooking up a resistance band to the door and seeing if that helps. Any suggestions????
