We got a beautiful course today!
Beaver Ranch/Conifer Park in Conifer, CO
Course Rating: 4.62, 140 reviews
Hole 16 two tees, three possible pin placements:
Short to Pin A: 213
Short to Pin B: 350
Short to Pin C: 528
Long to Pin A: 285
Long to Pin B:422
Long to Pin C: 600

Long Tee: looks like there's a mando between the two trees on either side of the short tee.

Short Tee: mando not an issue from this tee

No tips. No shots of approach or basket, but map shows it as straight to an ever so slight bend to the right depending on pin position.

Whoah that's a lot of tee and pin combos!
Shorts: DX Cobra
Longs: Opto Fury or DX Teebird depending on wind.

I'll just assume the pin's in position B: R-Pro Boss from either tee.

Short to Pin A: SSS Wizard
Short to Pin B: Star Teebird
Short to Pin C: Star Orc
Long to Pin A: Star Leopard
Long to Pin B: Star Orc
Long to Pin C: Star Orc

Looks like it might be a roc for everything because it is so down hill, maybe throw in a teebird for the super longs.

I'm thinking Buzzz on most of them since it's so downhill. Probably Eagle on the really long ones

I'm going to throw either one of these three discs for all the holes:

Wizard
8x KC Pro Roc
Rival

This could all change depending on wind factor but it's safe to say that I would throw those the most. Then empty my bag.

Short to Pin A: M4
Short to Pin B: Roc3
Short to Pin C: AvengerSS
Long to Pin A: M4
Long to Pin B: Teebird
Long to Pin C: D4

Short to Pin A: 213 -> Pure/Rhyno
Short to Pin B: 350 -> X/Z Comet/Roc/Teebird
Short to Pin C: 528 -> Teebird
Long to Pin A: 285 -> Pure/X Comet/Rhyno
Long to Pin B:422 -> X/Z Comet/Roc/Teebird
Long to Pin C: 600 -> Teebird

Disc selection depends on how much of a downhill we're dealing with and how much wind we're facing.

Looks like a great down hill bomber.

Short-A: RGL Spike
Short-B: RGL Spike
Short-C: Opto Striker

Long-A: RGL Spike
Long-B: ESP Comet
Long-C: Opto Striker

Most likely Comet from the long tees and hyzers with Destroyer from the short (easier to range).

I played here this past June and the pin was in the C position. I played from the long tee, so essentially long to long... I threw my Comet and still went deep across 5's fairway. Elevation does funny things.

Too many options with the possibility that wind and weather could be a serious variation.

So, here is my bag:

Echo Star Destroyer
VIP Sword
Opto Stiletto
Z Predator
Champion TeeBird
Champion TL
Champion Gazelle
Champion Leopard
Champion Roadrunner

Z Hornet
Z Nebula
Z Buzzz

ESP Zone
Eclipse Soft Ion
Fuzion Judge
Soft Judge

My top choices would likely be the Sword, TL, Gazelle, Nebula, or Ion.

A-pin: short= Wizard, Long=Comet or Roc
B-pin: Teebirds for either, I'm just guessing it's tucked away somewhere.
C-pin: Viking off the tee, midrange approach.

Hole plays downhill. I believe I threw a FH Pred on this one and shanked it.
Fishy and myself got rained out on this teepad. We also let one of the most attractive DG girls(and her guy) I've ever seen play though on this one. Great hole, great course!

Ahh.. The memories...:rolleyes:

I ****ing love this hole. I throw a Sidewinder turn-over for the B position, which is where the basket is 90% of the time. Also, the short tee is more of a drop-zone now, in the case the double mandos are missed.
