I think you might be the only person that likes the medium plastic.
I want Viagra plastic in my putters...stiff, no floppiness. I use base plastics like DX or Pro-D so usually the grip is there. Sometimes the base plastic can get slick, so you have to watch it a bit but generally something like a medium sure-grip Wizard or a KC Pro Aviar is just what I'm looking for.

This is true for me as well, except it's D Challengers. The newer runs are nice and stiff and gain some velvety grippyness after a few rounds in the practice cycle.On a scale of 1-10 where:

I prefer 8s or 9s.
