2 x 800 ft drives and a 75 ft putt ?? Really :\:\ or is my sarcasism detector not working.

I can't even believe they consider this a par 5. 4x400+ drives. To bridie takes 3 x 550 drives. I just did a quick search and supposedly for golf a par 5 is between about 1400 and 2100. Are we heading towards just using regular golf courses?

Lets not forget about the elevation drop.... there is a 621 ft downhill bomb at hickory hills in traverse city.... I can reach it with a buzzz

Jumped in too quickly - I should have looked at the pics. 1600' down a ski slope isn't horrible.

But still there seems to be a trend to longer and longer holes that is going to leave the "average" player (who will likely never throw 350+) super frustrated.
