Here's a good idea, add a padded hipstrap or something to keep it more comfortable.

Nice!! qwillim, I thought for sure you would be into this bag. Did you see how many minis you can fit in the side pockets? At least 4!! That has got to count for something,especially to one of the worlds greatest mini dg course designers.

Actually the first prototype had padded hip straps.With longer straps and clips that connected around the waist. Just like a larger style long excursion style back country backpack.
I eliminated them because I felt there were too many straps,at least for this model,and its overall size.
This pack feels so good on your back,I know its hard to believe, until you actually try it on yourself,but I know first hand after many changes and many prototypes,as well as trying every bag out there, that it feels phenomenal!!
I can't wait till October to unleash the KRAKEN to the masses,so that all can see and feel for themselves.

Seem like this has some promise, with some added ingenuity that's needed in the bag market, and a price point around $230.
