McBeth uses soccer cleats!?

I have used nike soccer cleats when the tee box is not cement but rather grass/dirt if its raining. Its a really smart choice in my opinion.

I have used these at soccer at wet grass in rain. I couldnt have any grip what so ever. But i havent tried these at dg so its probably different.

Were they soft grounds (fewer, metal studs)? I've played my entire life and though I agree you get no traction in the rain that's wayyy different than throwing a disc. Also different going from firm grounds to soft, whether it's dry as can be or an absolute slopfest (I'm sure you know that, more for the non-footballers).

Also, love hearing non-Americans say soccer:rolleyes:

I would throw with soft grounds on grass pads (almost always only two studs on the heel) but not with firms (usually four large/thick/sharp studs) due to the rotation during/after a throw.
