I'm a big fan of people who can wait for what they want though. Honestly, why buy a disc (smartphone, car, etc) if you're certain there's one around the corner that's going to obsolete the first?I suggest trying the mediums still! These things are superb, and when the softs come out then you'll be even more ready for them!

You guys aren't helping. I just have never been thrilled with a hard putter. Been working on my Med Ion for a while now and I just can't get myself to really like it.:\
I'm sorry I was unclear. Since he wants a soft disc and the medium is supposed to get him ready...nevermind. I'm not trying to argue with anyone. I just think that if he knows what he wants then it's silly to buy something close when the exact thing he wants is coming in a few weeks or a month. I wasn't trying to start an argument.Who says the Medium would be obsolete? Are medium Ions obsolete? There are lots of people who like medium Ions to putt with.
R-pro Aviar > Ion for driving?
Before I started throwing ions I was a r pro aviar die hard
And before I started throwing my 1st run ion I was convinced nothing could fly a 200' anhyzer better than a r pro.
I'm hoping the anode will beat in to a more cost effective version of my 1st runs
yeah, they key words there, are "beat in" MVP's plastic doesn't beat in quickly as a lot of us have seen

Where DO all those "old" still-working cellphones go anyway?
