actually that would be 61319 flipped sideways not upside down.

I was picturing a rotation to turn it upside down rather than a reflection, you're correct that a reflection would leave the 3 as is but would leave you with backward 6 and 9.

I am surprised by how many new members are from overseas.

I'm guessing there's always an influx near the beginning of the year to get a full years membership? I took 70328 on Jan. 1st, was pretty stoked about that. Got until April though for my first A Tier.
