please help me, so i can improve.
everytime i try to throw back handed my wrist pops up at the very last second, and sends my disc 100 feet in the air but 10 feet forward either left or right. any suggestions on how to keep my wrist flat. i tried holding the center of the disc with my index and thumb and that helped a little but.
