We need your to help us get a new course installed in Wheaton, Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. The Montgomery County Park Dept is taking public input for a revised Master Plan of Wheaton Regional Park. Wheaton is a massive park with over 500 acres, mature trees, elevation change, and water. Basically everything you'd look for in a piece of land. Oh, and it has parking too.
So what you could do RIGHT NOW is go to the park website below and write a brief comment telling them you'd like a disc golf course at Wheaton. At this stage it's simply a public popularity contest and if we can get the most people to say "Disc Golf!" then we win the contest. Right now Mountain Biking and Skate Park seem to have the most votes with 3 or 4 up votes, so we could easily dominate the discussion with just a little effort.
