I played a couple of Charleston courses recently. Nothing real impressive. They don't have much to work with or available affordable land. So an average course would feel like a 5 star to locals!

Trophy Lakes is an excellent course....and then there's everything else. Park Circle, Awendaw, James Island Park, and Naval Weapons Station are all perfectly decent courses; but nothing you go out of your way to play.

Wish I knew about this course last week. I drove by it 4 times, being in the area for Thanksgiving.
