(Re)building my form

Not much progress. It feels like I'm doing a better job of keeping my trailing arm up, and I'm not completely bent over my front leg anymore, but my weight is still shifting in front of my brace. It also looks like I'm still bringing the disc too high in my backswing, I've been focusing on that in my practice swings but it seems like when I go to actually throw I'm tightening up and bringing the disc up while I drop down into my weight transfer.

I've been working on it, only about 50/50 on keeping my weight behind the brace, but when I do I'm feeling a difference in my arm speed (or I need to get my blood pressure checked). I think I was going straight into rotating on my heel rather than bracing and then rotating on the heel after the release, is that right? Not seeing any real difference distance wise, but as long as my form is coming along I'm happy. I'll try to get a video up in the next day or so.

Counter-rotate rear hip more while moving forward into the plant.

Your weight shift improved a lot from the last one to this one! You currently do a thing I recognize because I do it too, which is youre tilted forward when the disc gets to power pocket. I'm still trying to figure out how to fix it but I think it helps to try and roll your weight sideways off your trail foot, which currently appears to stay pretty flat.

Need braced tilt on front leg.

Working on keeping my weight behind the brace. It seems like it would be easy but then I either end up swooping and nose upping the disc, or missing the brace and going back to leaning past it.

It's too forward because its too far backwards to begin with. So the upper body is tilted too far back in the reachback and then has to go forward to be balanced in the forward swing. You want to think more compact and centered and try to keep your head inside of your rear foot in the backswing.

Yeah, need to maintain centered balance to shift pressure properly inside feet/posture.

Thanks, that second video is really interesting. It definitely shifts how I'm thinking about it. Before it was just about shifting my weight, hopefully the pressure shift part will help it click.
