Spicing up my League

Ive been running a dubs league for a while and am looking for some ideas to spice it up. We have done CTP's and an ace fund in past. Who has some ideas for secondary payout pots that could make the league more interesting and draw more players?

First prize is a Cadillac El Dorado. Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired.

Winner gets control of a hole's rules during league for a month. They can add a mando, require a certain kind of shot, change the tee location...

If someone wants to donate a Cadillac to the league, I'm all ears.

I know of a league that lets whomever wins the CTP chose the CTP hole for the next week. It's kind of a double reward for getting the CTP....only rule is that it can't be the same hole.

Always a few guys that would jump at the chance to haul in baskets for exotic positions or weirdness.
Adding mandos is cool to some and horrifying to others which makes it a great idea.

Depending on the crowd, everyone (that wants) throw a beer into a cooler, ctp on a hole for the cooler. Longest putt can be fun. Mini disc hole. Have seen gauntlet pots, if you birdie three tough holes in a row you get some sort of payout or prize.

Our league has a "secret ace hole" for sunday dubs.. you have to have regular attendance/ buy in for a quarter and only the TD? (Rev Jim W) and the dude know which one.. it changes weekly. The guy puts up some wicked custom dye discs, which is weird because his bag is all trash, no flash haha.

If it's on or near someones birthday for casual Wednesday dubs they call the format. Heavy metal is popular.... any metal basket contact is considered holed out so ace runs galore.

We have 2 ctps for every 9 holes.. 50 cent buyin each.

We also keep stats and have a gold jacket that you can win for the highest points per year. I think it's 3 points for 1st or an ace, 2 for 2nd, 1 for 3rd or a ctp. Extra (double) points for doing it "Cali".

There is also a handicap sheet depending on the pairing. Nothing too extreme basically its one stroke or so. If you are a good player there's a stroke handicap and depending on who you are paired with it could be 2 or zero. Some of the weaker pairings get a 2 stroke advantage. So conceivably a strong team vs a weak one could be a 4stroke swing.
