I'm in the process of dyeing a Star Cro (vinyl is cut, will be dying after work) I need RED and Pink on the same design, how long should I wait when doing the red to pull the vinyl for the pink parts?

Just got a second computer today this one is just for the plotter/cutter.Was having a little usb conflict maybe I'll be up and running in a week or so. I've got a thousand ideas to get out of my head for new dyes

i was in the Coast Guard so thats why i did this dye. there should be a second ring around the shield but i missed it when i pulled off the transfer tape.
