Throwing Pr0n?

Hey its just the first time i have seen anything like this on sports equipment. I dont personally care that much ,because it has no affect on me. I was mostly curious what others think and figure out if it could become a problem somehow...

I'm like 99% sure this would never be a problem for disc golf.

I'd guess the drinking or smoking on the course would be an issue before any stupid disc dye.

Discs hitting people in the park too.

There is a guy in the local club, really nice masters age guy.

Does one weird thing; if he finds the disc of someone he knows he will wipe the stamp and draw(actually a decent artist) some sort of male genitalia themed thing one it. The butterfly make of them was pretty good actually...

And then you get your disc back, if you still have the guts to throw it.

One of our local guys does this as well, but he dyes them. Some of the pictures are funny. Some are just odd.
If either one of these guys find one of my discs, I'll take a **** in their bag...

I wouldn't be all too happy about this, either.

Anywho, I personally don't like a lot going on on my discs. Especially crazy colorful stamps. Simple colors easy to find in woods/brush/...pond for me. Stock stamps are sufficient, especially since I change my 'bag' so often.

And what AIM said, I don't really care what other people are throwing. I just manage what I throw!

Thats pretty much the same thought i have for most of your posts on this site.

But what if i told you that the dye was on an mvp disc and made the news because a local child found it.....??......

Thx for the visit to the thread..

If you worry about this kindnof stuff i can't imagine what your life is like.

If a story like that even made the news it would be a joke. Have you seen what some dancing with the stars peeps wear or Jlo etc? All on reg. tV.

Welcome to 2017.

I have the trucker mud flap girl silhouette on one of my pink discs. I tell everyone it's a silhouette of my wife. No one has ever been offended, not even my wife.

Not too surprising to me. There have been snowboards with naked women on them since the early 90s.

Don't matter to me as far as stamps on a disc go, I just wish they'd stop drawing dicks on our tee signs before an A-Tier event.

We got a disc for a kid for his 18th birthday, we dyed a nice throbber on there, im talkin huge erect dong. It was a flippy mid that he could throw far but never knew where it would land. pure comedy gold if you ask me.

Personally, my opinion is that if you want Porn on your disc, for whatever reason, that is your business.
But if a female or young child were in our group, I would expect that you have the consideration and courtesy to keep it in the bag.

I'd agree that it's unlikely to be seen by anyone that would be offended... but that's just a guess...

I'd also wonder what would be the protocol if it was lost... I mean, right? yeesh... keep it PG-13 and go use the Internet for your other (ahem) needs bro. :|

Exactly. These dyes are rated XXX, they are of cartoon characters fully nude, and some had them masturbating.

I know its 2017 and i dont care what ppl do at home or what they are into. I just hope these never make it to a course.

Iam all about ppl making money any way they want but im conflicted because of how passionately i feel about disc golf. We already have to battle so many other stereotypes.

I thought ppl that dye had like a unwritten rule or something. Like a line they wouldnt cross or at least wouldnt cross by selling the image online.

Like it or not, sex sells. If there is a market for custom anything, there will be someone(whom very well may not be involved in the activity) making porn images on/for it.
This isn't a recent event, this goes all the way back to the palaeolithic era.

It may be crude but best not to get too worked up over this; after all this is human nature.

If you play disc golf, and collect porno frisbees, you have zero chance of finding a girlfriend...

The one guy I know that does this, is married... :\:|

He has a catwoman dye with her lady parts very noticeably pronounced. :|

Idk

Isn't disc stamping and dyeing the wild west? Like nobody cares about copyrighted material. It shouldn't be surprising that cartoon porn discs are a thing.
