Hey guys and girls!
I'm new around here, figured I'd introduce myself a bit and throw an ITB out there, so a little about me...
Age: 25
Years Playing: 1
Division: Ma2
Preferred Throwing Style: LHBH
Previous Sports Injuries: Compressed Back that hinders some motion still
Max/Average Distances
Putter: 250/230
Mid: 275/260
Fairway: 300/285
Driver: 350/320
So, not a very long thrower by any means but I am fairly happy with where my bag sits now.
Its a ranger in a zuca, because I have a not so nice back at 25.... yay....
So it goes like this.
2x BT Medium Swan 1 Reborn - Putting
2x Tour Series Lunas - 1 is pretty stable, the other enjoys a hyper flip
2x Zones
Z Line - Stock 4x stamp, love its overstability
ESP- Its perfect for anny approaches that I need to have a finish still
2x Buzzz's
ESP- Absolute perfect turnover Mid for me
Titanium- Straight as all heck but forgiving at the same time.
1x Proto Malta- Its OS But not as OS as I was hoping.
1x Prism Plasma Axiom Pyro- Its beef. Its amazing.
2x Star TL's - Replaced my F3's for nice controlled hyzer flip discs, in different stages of wear
2x Star Teebirds - Stable for me, but very controllable. Both again, different stages of wear
2x Star Sidewinders- I dont throw them for rollers but they're amazing for distance for me, I can clip 350 and be happy about it, hyzer flips or big sky anny lines i use them for
3x Thunderbirds
2 Star - pretty OS, trying to beat them in nicely, so far I'm liking them for the 280-300 foot shots I need a dependable finish on
1 Champion Thundervant - Bought it because of the stamp, love it for a slightly more forward fade on my thunderbird shots. Less stable than my stars.
2x Raptors
Esp carries a little more glide, but still has that hard finish
1st Run Z Line is pure beef, flat as f... if the wind picks up its the first disc I reach for
Now for a question...
I currently have a Wraith, Hades and a Valkyrie im trying out. Hades is mostly for giggles but I can get a nice rip on it, haven't measured it yet but I think it may have broken my current max with it this weekend.
The Wraith is lighter, 168g and does flip up to flat for me when I release it on slight Hyzer, I'm also gaining distance with that weekly.
The one I'm unsure about so far is the Valkyrie. For a -2/2 it doesn't seem to flip up at all. Could this be just a beat in or nose angle issue? I will work with it some more but bought it on a recommendation, because they are fantastic, or so I've heard... lol.
Friendly and constructive criticism welcome!
