While I cant agree with the idea of 'suckling', you are correct about the rest. And most of America is car dependent, so thats kinda moot. But you really wouldnt live here if you made a million a year? Id move to Detroit for a million a year, and theyre living in Mad Max times.

Saturday, October 27, at Peaks View Park DGC in Lynchburg , we will be hosting "Deuce Bowl Doce". Starting at 10 in the morning, we will be playing 2 rounds with one disc, an R-Pro XD, for fun and prizes. Entry will be $15 which includes one disc and entry in the ace pot, that will be paid out even if an ace is not hit. We will take pre-registrations at anytime up to the start of the event. We have filled up before and run out of discs so make sure you get signed up early to avoid missing out. The field is limited to 25. To pre-register or if you have any questions contact us at:

The BRAWL Schedule will probably come out in November. In the Past, Vince used to TD each one. In recent years, he delegated the TD responsibilities to people local to the course, so he could play and run the overall operation of keeping scores and points. The BRAWL most likely will start mid December, unless something changes.

Richmond has numerous events scheduled. We have a monthly series that just happens to have an event at Dorey on Oct 28th. Check it out.

In the spring and summer we have two different weekly events. We also have some team events scheduled starting in December. There is also a new private course that will be having events for members. The grand opening was last weekend so you probably missed it. Info will be available soon.

every saturday at 11:00am there is a random draw doubles event at Bryan Park. There is also a weekly random draw event on Wednesday nights at Gillies creek. It is currently a daylight/glow event.

Sunny cool day - 2 playoffs - Craiger' in MPM shoots 100, which was White and Blue tees, and posts the best score of the day.

The course was well received and will only be better with the foliage of a Summer event and upcoming alternate pin placements - this event will be held as a B-Tier in the Summer of 2013.

Nothing against you or any other pro player this was just our first sanctioned event. Glad to hear you enjoy the course because we are definitely looking at putting together another in 2013 and hope you'll have the chance to make that one.

Wow, just looked at the scores. Would I be right in saying that the top 4 in Intermediate would have finished 2, 3, 4 & 5 in Open and all cashed but didn't because they chose Int?
