Walk/Run Up Feet placment

On your plant foot do you face your foot pointing to the basket or perpendicular to the basket when planting it down before the pull forward?

Mine is slightly off perpendicular (maybe 80 degrees or so). After I pull, it completely pivots around though.

Pretty much this. I plant at an angle, then pivot on the follow through.
