What bag to use in wet conditions

What is a good bag to use in rain and snow

Depends if your thinking top or bottom. Discraft uses a rubber bottom on their bags that is awesome! Lat 64 has a flip top that makes things easier if you don't want to fool around with a zipper.
Other tips: a stool will keep it off the ground
put a sham wow on top of your stack
bag on ground, umbrella over it
if snow is really deep a plactic cooler works great

+1. both my carolina and my mini-deluxe both have vinyl bottoms and rain flaps. can't go wrong with a revo.

I like my Fade tourny bag. It has a nice rain flap. I also use this water repeliant I got with a pair of shoes and spray it on there repels water great. In the snow or wet ground I use a folding stool I got at Dick's for like 8 bucks and set my bag on it.
