tigel said:I play rec (only played in 5 tournaments). I think I'm going to jump to INT for personal reasons. Rec just seems too casual for me. I love to just have fun, but when I'm in a group of some old guy, then a really good sand bagger, and maybe some annoying guy It really hurts my game. Is that a good reason to move up?
My best placing is 13th out of 42, along with 25th out of 48, and 16th out of 38. Also I don't like having excuses but I will say every tournament I've been in I have had a broken or sprained foot. My last tournament (13th) my foot was some what healed, but I wasn't 100%. First round I went +4, second round I went +12. You can see how walking around with a broken foot all day, fatigue took over me. If I would have went +4 each round (which would have been easy, I could have went even on that course) I would have been first or max top 5.
Again I don't like making excuses, if I belong in REC, I belong in REC. I think 2010 I'll be playing INT for the sake of the environment.
Those are some huge REC fields! Jeeebus
