Our King Soopers has sales on Powerades 10 for $4.90 all the time, so I stock up. Sour Melon and Orange Powerades and Salted Nut Rolls candy bars cuz they won't melt in my bag.

Before tends to be nothing, but Im a huge during round muncher.

During, powerade, coke, peanuts, cliff bars, jerky, and random candy. Also usually have peanut butter crackers and fruit bars with me.

After same as before...

I make something in the morning and bag it, I drink out of the swamp with a long straw.

I also try to bring something with caffeine for tournament rounds and something with electrolytes and Vitamin B for hot days. I've learned the hard way that failing to eat something every 9 holes during tournament play is gonna come to bite you in the ass when trying to concentrate in the clutch.
