What is the best weight for a putter?

I use a 175 Glow Aviar for my main putting and a 175 Medium Wizard for approaches, short drives, and windy day putting. Max weight putters give me the best control. The wind seems like it is always blowing down here.

there is no best weight for a putter
there is no need to change your putter because of the wind, change your putt.
Depends if you're doing spin or push putts, man. No need to be a dick. You obviously use all push putts, so yeah... you use the same weight for all (prob max).

You have a lot more room for error with a light putter with spin putts due to more float on them.

Imagine putting with a 1 lb putter. Now imagine putting with one as light as a paper plate.

"There's no such thing as better" which means the paper plate will work just as well as the 1 lb putter and will also work just as well as a seasoned 171 circle tooled Wizard that the best putter I know swears by.
