Recently mowed. A bit of overgrowth on a couple of the wooded holes.
A short nine-holer at the back of the Ascent at Signal Mountain apartment complex. Two holes are completely wooded and two more are partially wooded. The holes with open fairways are behind apartment buildings but not too close to the residences. Private but not unplayable. Sign at the front of apartment complex says "No Trespassing" and "No Soliciting." The main office number is 844-530-1321.

From I-24, take exit 178 for Market Street towards Lookout Mountain. Follow signs for US-27 North. Continue for approximately 4 miles to the exit towards Signal Mountain. Continue on US-127 North for 1.2 miles to a right on Mountain Creek Road. Continue for 0.8 miles and turn right into Ascent apartment complex. Bear to the left and then turn right into first small parking lot. The Hole #1 teepad is near that parking lot. Baskets for Holes #5 and #9 can be spotted too.
