In semi-open woods over rolling terrain with many subtle elevation changes. The tee placements are put in clever spots to use the surrounding trees and elevation along with some great pin locations on many of the holes.
Three sets of tees (two concrete, one natural) and three basket locations (four on some holes) make this a different course every month or so and give you tons of options.
From Fort Worth; I-30 or I-20 west to Mikus Rd. exit. Turn right to stop sign. The course is on your left. Corner of Mikus Rd and E. Lake. If you turn left on Lake and turn right into a smaller parking lot, you are between Nos. 5-6, 14-15 and can come through the parking lot mid round for supplies.
From Weatherford or Western areas; Take I-20 East to Mikus road exit, turn left under the bridge and follow straight down to the corner of Mikus Rd. and E. Lake. If you turn left on Lake and turn right into a smaller parking lot, you are between Nos. 5-6, 14-15 and can come through the parking lot mid round for supplies.
