Hopefully the dude is just busy, he still hasn't logged in, so maybe he's just got some stuff going on. Or maybe he just doesn't have the cash to ship it out at the moment. It would suck majorly if all the discs and schwag were no more.

I have been out of town, but DiscGopher received the package on 8/15 according to the tracking number that I got from the post office.
