Expert 24 vinyl cutter/plotter questions

So I ran up on this deal for a plotter/cutter. I cant find much info on it (on this site) and am wondering how it would do for cutting vinyl for disc dying. Also is the price of 400 reasonable? I was looking in the 250 range but this one seems sweet .

Don't know what that one is. But that is about what my creation pcut 24" costs new.

Yeah I noticed this one can use autocad, corel draw, photoshop ect. I may offer to get it for 300. It also comes with vinyl but I dont know what kind. Any more info is appreciated.

Don't buy from US Cutter....they suck! Just kidding, but they are a big competitor for the company I work for. If you are looking for a more affordable option, check out the Silhouette Cameo. They have software available that allows you to cut out any image you can create on just about any program. It makes very precise and intricate cuts. If that is something your interested in, they run around $300. PM me and I can let you know where I work and what kind of deals we can offer you! I also am the operations manager, so we could probably slip a few rolls of free vinyl and other goodies in.
