Lost part of my digit what now?

Ill get some pics up here when I figure it out. Teebird888 how about you just post the ones I sent you, if you know how. My phone will not load pics to this site. I know its weird my throwing hand is not my hatchet wielding hand can't imagine using my right hand for chopping. To be honest I'm a little scared to weild any sharp object right now. Time will take care of that, I won't ever be that careless again though. Trip to specialist went good just gotta fight off infections and give it time to heal.

Here's the pics they are nothing compared to the fence jumping guy.
First one from ER the others from yesterday.

That's not as bad as I thought although it still sucks. I was thinking you lost the whole top part to the top knuckle. You should be fine in a few months, keep that thing clean.

Took my pinky and ring finger off in a table saw a few years back. They put them back on it was a clean cut,but I lost 11/2" out of each one and just solid bone with no feeling and can not bend them.I learned to just use two finer power grip. Works out fine

damn nigga.

throw some plus rims, i guess. your finger will follow the slope nicely now, lol.

best of luck with the healing.

From looking at the photo even if you lost effected area I doubt it would affect your ability to grip. If it was me my worry is that I would get impatient and try and use the hand before it fully healed causing more damage.

Went out for my first round today, threw 11 thumbers off the tee. Can't get the injured finger under the rim yet, but three finger grip worked well enough. I came away with the number one tag thanks to poor performance from the field and my thumbs dropping feet from the pin on 6 holes. The course's I play need to be thumber friendly for awhile.

You did great out there today, Jeff (taking the inaugural #1 bag tag at Cedar Sentinels). But Shhhh! We don't ever have to admit how the rest of the field performed. ;)

Besides, you could have just as easily mentioned you were only 4 strokes off the course record. It's not that easy of a course. Technical, to make up for not being lengthy, and plenty of disc eating trees to turn a deuce opportunity into a five (I did that more than I care to admit today).

Anyway, really glad you got to get right back up on that horse today, and the finger's getting better.

Tony Iommi essentially invented heavy metal by losing his fingertips. Perhaps you will invent a new grip in much the same manner? I applaud you for not letting a pretty serious injury keep you down.

I'M really glad I heard about the tag event, I look forward to defending the tag. The length of a lot of those holes set up great for my thumb so I feel like its only a matter of time till I drop one in the bucket. And playing a course where you feel like you have numerous chances at a ace is aways fun. Your right I got more 5s than 4s today those branches band tight greens can be tricky.

Any mentioning of Iommi automatically gets a  from me.

Wow, that hurts just to hear it. Hope all goes well with the recovery. You realize if on your next update if your game improves there will be a bunch of us asking how much to remove....

Just kidding, I hope all turns out well for you, Best wishes and a speedy recovery.
