Yes, please share when you know the results, MJ!Made a few adjustments so discs will stand up straighter and easier when not completely full. I will let everyone know how they work after this weekends tournament. They are simple easy fixes
Well, I finally got mine today! Very nice! Took it out for a round and already got lots of good feedback on the looks. Tons of room for plastic! I took all of my discs out of my FADE tourney and grabbed a few more out of storage and I still have room. I wasted no time in fitting the disc cradle thing out of my fade into the bag. After 27 holes of no issues, I have to say the cradle with dividers was a great idea (by me! I'm taking the credit on this one). In fact, as a follow up idea, it would be pretty neat to stick a long piece of velcro on the flap of the bag, so when you tuck it under the cradle, the cradle could velcro securely in place...just a thought.
Anyway, I'm a big guy (6'4", 250) and I did find the sternum strap was all up on my neck, but I'm not big on using them anyway. The mini pocket fiasco is a non issue for me since I keep the mini in my pocket during the round. In fact, the only gripe I have is that my zipper pulls seem to have fallen out of the box. I opened the box and took out my bag only to find 1 lone pull underneath. The bottom of the box only had one strip of tape holding it, so it looks like the rest fell out through the gaps. Kind of a bummer. I'll live.
I'm pretty stoked on this bag so far. I'll be up on a hilly course tomorrow, so we'll see how it fares up there. At first glance though, I'd say this is a big winner.
Played two full rounds back to back yesterday and I'm loving this bag more each round
Small update. I added the u shaped frame from my fade crunch bag and it secures the discs. Easy fix and warranty still intact
Right? I was all worried about what I might do, and it turns out to be a non issue. Here's a couple quick pics for you guys.
