Challenging in the woods 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 10, 2017 Played the course:once

Pros:

+Well kept
+Mostly easy to navigate
+The course uses the terrain well
+Challenging shots necessary

Cons:

-The rubber tees are not level and hard to throw from
-short course

Other Thoughts:

Fun course with a lot of finesse shots in the woods. Most of the holes are in the woods and is challenging doing full shots. I did not lose any discs but I think you could if you had a bad throw. There are about 3 holes in mowed grass area which allow you to throw a driver.

Crosslake DG course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Apr 29, 2011 Played the course:once

Pros:

In this area we need all the courses we can get, so I am grateful that they added this course
Nice tees and baskets
Blind shots add some challenge

Cons:

Short
Needs a map (i had to restart a few holes because I started throwing at the wrong basket)
Will be tough to find discs once trees fill in

Other Thoughts:

Seems like they are aiming to attract summer tourists rather than serious players. That being said it serves it purpose and will be a nice place to play after work or when I don't have enough time to drive somewhere else. Rumors of expansion, which would be nice.
