Pros:

Never busy and well maintained. Short precise
shots required. You can play 9 in 10 minutes with a buddy. The lay down mulch so mud is never an issue. Great practice course.

Cons:

Long walk from the parking lot. Very buggy. Hole 8 needs to be redesigned, it the summer the hole is impossible. Bring bug spray. Tall grass on most holes.
