Fun Findlay Course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 9, 2015 Played the course:once

Pros:

This is a nice learning course, but also a course for intermediate players too. There is water in play on 4 holes with the creek/river running near course. There are some good longer distance holes as well as some short. It is well marked except for a missing tee sign on hole 9.

Cons:

Baskets are missing on holes 2 & 3, & that is why I only gave it a 3.0, otherwise it is a very good 9 hole course. There aren't a lot of trees, but there are some growing. There is a play ground area in the middle of field, but the walk to it from the parking lot keeps people/kids out of harms way.

Other Thoughts:

I really liked this course. I like the water that is involved, (if you throw hard or an errant roll.) You don't need a big arm. Just a willingness to have fun learning the game!

Pros:

Nice tee pads.
Great baskets.
Good long and short holes.
Nice park well maintained.
Good hole signs at each tee.

Cons:

Tees too short.
No elevation change.

Other Thoughts:

Nice 9 hole course! Great concept on the tee boxes using pavers. Too bad they are a little short. Overall nice little course.
