Pros:
Concrete or block teepads at each tee. Tee #7 to the left of tee #1 as an alternate starting location. Great diversity in length - under 200' to over 400'.
Cons:
$3/$6 for in/out of state entry 4/1-10/31. Tee pads, signs, and baskets all showing wear. A few holes, mainly near the start, have tees near other baskets/flightpaths. A few holes, mostly in the middle, have somewhat unfair "fair"ways - trees too thick and randomly scattered. A few holes, mostly near the end, retain water quite well - the land on either side of the long, left-turning #16 looked like the dark swamp from the movie "Deliverance".
Other Thoughts:
Very flat. Holes playing into, out-from, and through a dense collection of small-diameter evergreen and hardwood trees. A few holes where you can let loose, but mostly technical and short, requiring left/right/S-turning shots, with the lefts a bit more prevalent.
Not a bad course - you can have fun and/or challenges here - but pales in comparison to new, nearby, up-n-coming Iron Hill and Carousel. Play White Clay and Brandywine on the same day, as your park entry fee is good for all three locations, and the three courses are quite different from each other.
