Pros:

Clean.
Easy to follow.

Cons:

This course isn't very technical from the beginner tee pads so play the advanced tees after you've played for a year or so to add some distance and a few extra obstacles to spice it up.
Can get muddy after recent rain from poor drainage on the back 9.
No elevation changes.

Other Thoughts:

Hole #1 should be a par 3 from both tee pads. Back 9 gives you plenty of opportunity to lower your score.

Pros:

Hole 1 is a tricky low hallway shot with a very shallow stream that comes into play after the rains,it can foul up your shots on hole 2 as well .I enjoyed playing thru the Mesquite trees on number 16.Decent distances not too short,Water on the first few holes keeps it somewhat interesting.Logs in the back corner at nine for relaxation.Decent mixture of open and wooded shots.

Cons:

There were only two holes that really make you hafta think more then twice about what line to take.Flat playing surface,Some holes seemed crammed in too much.

Other Thoughts:

The tee box mistake of putting three of them on fifteen makes playing the longer one very difficult. It ain't no Rockwall but its a decent answer till Audobon makes its comeback, if that ever happens.
