Fort Collins Disc Golf 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 13, 2014 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

New Cement Tee Pads are going in now! A great course for Ams and Pros. A fair amount of long and short positions for each hole. I personally love the back 9 on the East side. Elevation change, water, and lots of Out of Bounds. The trees will take a while to grow in, but over all I think this is a great course.

Cons:

Some people don't like the back 9 because of all the water, but I say, "What's disc golf without hazards and obstacles?" They are still working on the under ground walk way connecting the 2 9's from the Highway. You still have to drive to the back 9.

Other Thoughts:

Thanks to Kyle and his friends for proposing the course to the city. Thanks to Bill Wright (Wrightlife) for helping design it. Thanks to the city for approving it, paying for the course, and maintaining it.

Pros:

The flow of the course is very nice and the pins are in good positions for the holes.

Love the setup of the back nine, all of the ponds that some of the holes shoot over and around are a great touch.

Innova baskets :p

Cons:

Having to drive to the back nine.

All natural tee pads.
