A very nice 9 holer in an area where disc golf is almost non-existant. Willow Creek is layed out around a city park, not exclusive to disc golf. Walking paths, playground, restrooms and nearby recreational facilities located on site.
Willow Creek, for a flat, open 9 hole course has some character. All tees are equipped with concrete tee pads, descipt tee sign including map, par and distance. Baskets are DISCatchers, one layer of chains and shallow baskets, and in very good condition.
Holes vary greatly in distance, some minor obsticles in the way. Grassy course, and very well maintained. Not a bad course for someone learning the game, although a few of the holes are a bit lengthy for beginners.

Cons:
I played in the morning(as another review pointed out) and the sprinklers may have caused a minor problem, soaking a tee or two and leaving the grassy course wet for the whole round. I think this also may be the reason why mosquitoes are a bit of a problem. Tee pads get slick when wet.
Tee pads are fairly small, but not a huge factor because the ground behing the pads is flat leading up to the tee pad. Makes it easy to use the area behind the pads without making the step up onto the concrete pad.
This is a multi-use park. Alot of locals use this park to do some leisure walking. Most of which don't realize they are walking through an area where people are chucking plastic through the air. Remember that Willow Creek is a park first and a DG course second. Pedestrians have the right of way. Make sure you are paying attention because chances are they are not.

Other Thoughts:
Not a bad 9 holer for being out in the middle of nowhere. Not the type of course you want to drive out of the way to hit up, but usable if you are in the area or passing through. This course has a bit of length to it for being a shorter course, so this isn't one of those 9-hole courses that you will run through in 15 minutes.
The course is in very good condition, constant watering of the park, and the grass is mowed regularly. Small creek comes into play, but is nothing significant, can be straddled with little effort. Losing a disc would be quite difficult at Willow Creek.
This course is definately better than nothing. There are some very minor improvements that might be able to be made to achieve a better rating. This course will not expand to more than 9 holes do to lack of space so it is what it is. Check it out if you're in the area.
