[Question] Most Underrated Disc Ever!

R Pro Cro- I use this disc for most approaches and placement shots. I cant say enough good things about this disc. It started out slightly over stable and easily beat in to a dead straight flyer for me. Holds up in the wind and in the woods every time. The only shot I don't use it for is a down hill approach shot where I need something beefier to stick and grip. I have 2 in the bag currently at different stages of wear.

Other notable call outs: DX Gazelle and DX Teebird. Only DX discs to stay in my bag year after year.

the TANK!!! Tanks are just a slightly straighter Rhyno, and you really can't go wrong with the Tank/Rhyno/Pig combo! Covers every line you need, however I carry an 86 Softie too for my understable putts, which is another WAY UNDERRATED disc!

Can anyone compare a Squirrel to a Buzzz SS ?

Flying Squirrel is flippier with more glide. Buzzz SS is about as laser straight as you can get and it also cuts through the air faster.

The ABC Discs Money Putter is underrated. I rarely see anybody talking about it in the forums.

Unfortunately ABC gets little love, most likely because it is one of the smaller companies out there and don't really bring anything new to the table. The money putter also doesn't stand out compared to the plethora of other beadless straight putters.

I dunno if it's considered under-rated, but i barely see anyone throwing the dx Cobra, a seriously awesome midrange

I was a die hard cobra thrower for a long time, but they only make the really tall mold now. The one I liked was super flat. I had a couple of pro's like it to but they were too fragile.

My vote is Orc. I have turned so many people on to this disc and they are very prevalent, but I never hear them mentioned when people talk long range drivers. I guess because it isn't favored by a lot of pro's.

Count me as one with the Cobra.
Alot of the younger players see me pull it out of the bag, and say, "Wow, going old school on us old man!"

JK Aviar
This sport is dominated by males so a lot of guys think its "unmanly" or "not cool" to throw a disc with a females name on it. I feel the JK Aviar gets over shadowed by the KC Aviar. I use a JK Aviar as my main driving putter & its especially good in the winter.

Have you seen the new puddle topped ones? I saw a few of them the other day at Huntington Beach disc golf course, they look like JK stamped yeti aviars, but apparently they still fly more like JK's than Yeti's.

I vote for the Raven. Large diameter, straight flying fairway. I never hear anything about them, but it's one of my favorite discs ever.

ABD secret weapon. Very easy to hyzer flips or throw long, turnover drives. Plastic is nice as well!

Wow didn't expect to see so much love for the Viking here, Nice! IMO one of the most underrated drivers out there, the old flat champ Vikings anyway. My go to driver for Straight and S turn drives in the woods. They will go 325ft+ dead straight for me as well as give me predictable S turn shots. They are kinda like a higher (9) speed control driver for me.

Not true, I dont use it because I dont like soft grippy putters and a lot of other people dont either.

The most underrated is the Reaper. It is OOP but it is my favorite FH and utility disc.

Also, I rarely see anyone throw a Rogue. Great disc. Maybe because it is DGA.

Honorable mention: Sidewinder. Great all around disc. Most people don't consider it.
