[Discraft] 10 Year Anniversary Buzzz

im super excited about these IF they are actually old blend plastic. even in the new blend, im hoping that they have the stability of the old school wasp tooled ones. All we can do is wait and see

The Zombee is fantastic and the LE Buzzz is a big deal whether we are all excited or not. It is not likely to be identical to the originals, but I am sure the plastic will be nice. Obviously the Nuke SSs are not very relevant to most of us but new players gravitate towards super fast premium plastic, so I'm glad that they took the Innova approach and pushed the noodle friendly one. Unfortunately one of my first discs was a Z Nuke because I heard all of the pros calling it fast and understable. Obviously I would have been much happier with an SS. A Lot of us here wanted Comets, Challengers, Bangers and tons of other molds in different plastics than the current offerings, but they will likely make a run of at least one thing we request as long as we continue to pester them.

are these really wasp tooled?

that is going to be wierd.... won't that bring down the price of buzzzes?

Not with the stamp tweak...I have a feeling that was Discraft's M.O. though since they don't make money from the collector's market.

I'm kind of interested in the LE Buzzz because I have 2 in baser plastic and they are pretty great mids. The Zombee also looks like a pretty nice disc.

I wasn't a fan of the Zombee (I have 3 of the original 2012 Ace Race discs) until I started using it like the fairway driver it is and not a midranger (as I originally thought it was).

Flies great. One of the rare Discraft discs to find a place in my bag.

Im just hoping for the grip and stability of the old BS. Id honestly like to get a couple for the wall in cool colors (hoping for maybe some pearly ones) and then maybe 3 throwers...as long as the price/mark up isnt redic

I'm excited for these. I've felt the prototype, and they feel awesome! The one I held was a very nice blue color.

not bad i could see people getting excited for these.... but as far as the releases as whole.. a big ole whiff imo

Ok so I am excited about this one.....the rest of the releases were sub par but this one has gotten my attention

I can't believe I'm gonna be the first one to ask this but if they have had the abilities to make wasp tooled buzzzs in its original plastic then Wth haven't they been making these all along!?!?

I would pay 20+ retail for the "good" molds in some of the best plastic discs have ever been made in. Why do we have this Ti crap??

"old"????? now, if they brought back the plastic from the '90s, THAT would be something to get all excited about.

This is very true. I'm almost positive the vast majority of serious disc golfers would rather have that Z plastic than Ti. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll run buzzzes in this plastic after this release. They might have some left over, who knows.

I'm excited for this release! Thank goodness I'm heading to the memorial.

If the plastic is similar to the "old blend", i.e. pearly and gummy, and they mold up flat, I am very interested. Otherwise, meh.
