I'm with you on the ascent, the obex is getting a little more attention from me these days though, but the ridge is my workhorse, got four in my bag.

I was working on turning the Ascent over and getting nice s curves with it as opposed to the inevitable right turn for a LHBH thrower. I was getting sone nice tight lines and figured out how to throw it so it ended up more or less as if I had thrown it straight.
Cool disc.
I feel ya, I'm short 2 vps right now, only have the soft to throw.
Oh man. The 420 is OVERSTABLE! Wow.
I made the 419 do WHATEVER I wanted. Note: there was zero wind. It went far. I accidentally left my bag (was too excited to chuck these protos) at home so didn't have my Laces with me. I feel like they are similar in flight, but the Lace has some more stability and can handle some more power.

You hit the nail on the head- if you can adjust your power (and angles), you can hit some filthy inside out distance lines/flights. With that said, if you are a player that doesn't have a lot of power, you are going to love this one. And here I thought that the Lace had easy distance. The 419 has that easy D. I'm interested to see my fiance throw it tomorrow and see how it flies compared to some of her understable stuff.
When do these things hit the shelf?
Sounds like that 419 may be exactly what I'm looking for, so I'll be snagging one when they come out.We are still in early phases of getting results from the tester team. If all goes well, July or August.
