I'm usually not one to sing the praise of a specific disc. It's more Indian than arrow, I know that, and I have a bad habit of not replacing a lost disc with the same mold (except for my Leopards - I think I'll always bag one of those).
But I am really attached to my unLace. I don't have the arm for big distance, and at 47 I don't see myself developing a 400' arm any time soon. I love my Tesla and the neutron Inertia I used to have, but they can't take the place of the unLace in my bag.
Today I played Paint Creek - great course, punishing rough. Lost my unLace on #6, searched for a LOT longer than normal, and couldn't find it. Played decently (for me) the rest of the round, but every so often I'd card a 4 and think "I'd have had a 3 on that one with my unLace." After the round, I did something I never do -- I went back to hole 6 and looked again. Found it, and I could have done cartwheels back to my car. I can honestly say that with that disc in my bag, I am a better disc golfer. Whether it's a great disc or not doesn't matter -- I am more confident with it than my other longer drivers. Tesla for forehand, unLace for backhand. I guess I'd better buy in a few backups
The unlace is great for me because,
1- I have a very weak arm
2- most of the courses in my area favor RHBH and I'm LHBH.
What weight is yours?

Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered a sweet looking VP. Unfortunately the weights left much to be desired. Oh well.

Love stories like that! I have gone back the next morning a good 10 times after searching for close to an hour during the round. And each time I've found them! I've even waded through the a waist high river to sift and find a friends disc and we did! Nothing worse than losing a disc and only thing better than finding it, is waiting for new plastic to be delivered once ordered

All the RWB discs seem to be on the heavy side. There was a 180 Ridge!!!!
Infinite Discs has the Valley listed for presale on their website. The official release date is 06/27.

I'm about 300'-350' forehand and 250'-300' backhand, but I punish my league mates with the unLace. I throw farther than them on a stand-still than they are doing with a run-up, which is good for courses with poor tee boxes. Also, I can have it turn to the right, and then have it keep turning with a little fade at the end. I've gotten a lot of birdies with that shot! Parked quite a few holes I shouldn't have, as well, like a 450' downhill (in a tailwind).
Great disc! Recommend it to anyone who's newer to the game and/or willing to try something different for a change!

It WAS 166.
I jinxed myself yesterday. Missed the one fairway today that had heavy cabbage on the left side -- way too much hyzer, but there are tennis courts full of kids to the right, so I overcompensated. Searched for about twenty minutes, and couldn't find it.
Anybody have a used unLace they want to sell me?

Same weight as mine. I feel like it's the perfect weight for the unlace.
Sounds like you have a good excuse to buy a sweet new granite unlace!
I'm not overly fond of the granite. Seems like with the wrong color combination it would be really easy for me to lose. And the premium price puts me off, too. I'll probably watch the marketplace and Facebook for a week or so and see if something comes available, and if not buy one from Community or Marshall Street.

The white and orange one would catch the eye very quick in my opinion.

Better be REALLY fast in October. Putters go first. Usually within hours. Lace is next. I'm assuming that the new fairways will go VERY fast.

I had a glow Lace that I recently lost that I really enjoyed... seemed to beat-in to a nice stability that worked for me. 300'-350'
